Pre-Listing Handyman North Vancouver – Quick Realtor Repairs

When you’re getting a home ready to sell, every little flaw matters. I help Realtors and homeowners get their listings showing-ready quickly and professionally.

How I Work

I start with your repair list and do a thorough walkthrough of the property. I’ll quote the items you want fixed, and I’ll also point out any additional issues I notice that should be addressed. I’ll explain what needs to be done and why, then only move forward with your approval.I take pride in doing the job right — not just quick patches. Whether it’s adjusting doors properly, repairing trim the correct way, or making sure everything looks clean and professional, I do it properly.

Why Realtors Work With Me

With over 30 years of hands-on experience across North and West Vancouver. I work alone, show up when I say I will, and always leave the job spotless. I’m ready to get your listing in top shape? Text or email me your repair list and any photos.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used this individual for projects ranging from quick and simple to complex scenarios. Some examples are - a variety of finishing jobs, drywall, storage units, windows/doors. Ken is efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and completes any required jobs to a very high standard at a very competitive rate.
I would highly recommend Ken to anyone who is looking to carry out home renos or otherwise. 👍

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found this contractor partially honest, vary hard working, with far more knowledge about construction than the average handyman. I highly recommend him, and have other project lined up for next year....

Ken from Listhandler has been a dream to work with. He did an amazing job repairing our fence with rotted post. He was professional, organized and efficient in getting repair done. He also solved a dryer problem and repair. Highly recommend his services (after he finishes our jobs:)

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ken is a great, he literally is a jack of all trades and can fix it all. We used him last summer for many different jobs around our house that we were getting ready to sell. We have just used him again today at our son’s condo. He is friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend Ken for your next job big or small.
