I start with your repair list and do a thorough walkthrough of the property. I’ll quote the items you want fixed, and I’ll also point out any additional issues I notice that should be addressed. I’ll explain what needs to be done and why, then only move forward with your approval.I take pride in doing the job right — not just quick patches. Whether it’s adjusting doors properly, repairing trim the correct way, or making sure everything looks clean and professional, I do it properly.
